We offer a platform for companies to allow their employees to report any type of harassment or irregularities in the workplace. With advanced technology and compliance experts, we help companies comply with new regulations and create a safe and respectful work environment.
Maicon is Co-founder and CTO of SafeReport. He began his career in technology at the age of 20, formatting computers and developing the first websites.
In 2018 he founded Suiteshare, a platform that allows brands to sell and provide customer service via WhatsApp. In 2021, Suiteshare made M&A with the VTEX platform. At VTEX, Maicon led the company’s conversational commerce PBU.
Today, Maicon is dedicated to redesigning SafeReport compliance by offering an innovative blockchain-powered reporting channel solution to address critical corporate conduct issues, from harassment and discrimination to fraud and corruption.
